What is a singing Competition

A singing competition is a formally organised event in which singers, usually within a defined age range and stage of professional development, perform before a panel of expert adjudicators. Competitors are judged on their vocal technique, artistry, musical interpretation, communication, and overall performance. The aim is to identify and support emerging talent, often through prizes, financial awards, performance opportunities, or professional recognition.
